
The Shenzhou-19 crew members on board Chinas space station completed their 3rd series of extravehicular activities (EVAs) at 8:50 p.m.
Beijing Time, China Media Group (CMG) reported on Friday.Astronauts Cai Xuzhe, Song Lingdong and Wang Haoze worked for about 7 hours to finish several tasks, including the installation of space particles defense gadgets and extravehicular auxiliary centers, along with extravehicular devices inspection.
They were assisted by the spaceport stations robotic arm and a team on Earth.Cai and Song, the two crew members appointed to undertake spacewalk tasks, have considering that returned to the Wentian laboratory module securely.
Cai has now performed five extravehicular objectives, more than any other Chinese astronaut to date, according to the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA).
The Shenzhou-19 team has remained in space for nearly 5 months, and numerous space scientific experiments and tests are progressing efficiently.
The team is arranged to return to Earth in more than a month.(With input from Xinhua)
